From Cicero to Buddha, many philosophers and spiritual teachers have celebrated gratitude. The world’s major religions, including Christianity, Judaism, Islam and Hinduism, prize gratitude as a morally beneficial emotional state that encourages reciprocal kindness, but until recently, scholars have largely ignored it as a subject of scientific inquiry.
21 Day Gratitude Challenge is based on the research of Robert Emmons , a University of California Davis professor, who has demonstrated the positive benefits of gratitude in a multiple studies over the course of 10 years.
For the next 21 days, the challenge is to complete one pre-selected 5 minute gratitude challenge.
